DETAILS:  The Hub, an architecturally distinctive, post-modern building, is the latest in a series of revitalizing developments on 40th Street, including the FreshGrocer and Bridge Cinema.

After a ribbon-cutting ceremony, the public is invited to enjoy this newest residential/retail offering in University City.  

Parking will be available in the garage over the FreshGrocer supermarket at 40th and Walnut streets.
