Mindfulness Meditation
Part of the “Mindfulness at the Museum” series, Kate Johnson leads participants in this mindfulness exercise that involves 20 minutes of stretches and breathing exercises, 20 minutes of sitting meditation, and a post-meditation discussion of how the practice of meditation interweaves with the themes of the museum’s current exhibitions. This is a drop-in session open to everyone.
