  • All eyes on Scheie: Looking toward the future of thyroid eye disease care

    Launched in November, Scheie’s Thyroid Eye Disease Program offers advanced care for patients with TED, also known as Graves’ eye disease or Graves’ orbitopathy. The program provides both medical and surgical interventions and treats patients at any stage of their disease.

    A new collection of positions on architecture and the environment edited by Assistant Professor Sophie Hochhäusl and ETH Visiting Professor Torsten Lange has been published in Architectural Histories. The collection, titled "Field Notes," is a collaboration between members of the European Architectural History Network's Architecture and Environment group.

    Annie Addison’s connection to Penn began at Pennsylvania Hospital in 1966, when she volunteered as a candy striper for two summers while still in high school, then moved on to a job at PAH in 1968. She has no immediate plans to retire.
