Talking to Your Teenager
Adolescence is a time of great change, which can be confusing to both teens and parents. Gain insight into common struggles for teenagers; get tips on how to manage tough times; and come away with strategies for increasing positive communication. Insomnia
Difficulty falling and/or staying asleep affects nearly everyone at some time. This video, part of the Time-Life Medical Series, will give specific solutions for getting a good night’s sleep. During this QOWL workshop, patients will understand what is happening inside their bodies and how a diagnosis is made. The video also presents treatment options that patients can discuss with their doctors and answers frequently asked questions. Charles Cantor, a physician with Penn’s Division of Sleep Medicine, will be on hand to provide additional information and to answer questions. Feel free to bring your lunch.
