Dorothy Cotton, former education director and the first female member of Martin Luther King Jr.'s Southern Christian Leadership Conference, will deliver the keynote address at the Interfaith Program, speaking on the theme "Justice, Peace and Service."
The program will feature remarks from Penn President Judith Rodin, presentation of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Involvement Awards and musical performances by Trenton's New Salem Baptist Choir and Penn's The Shabbatones. A public reception will follow the program. Both events will be free and open to the public.
