The LUCY (Loop through University City) shuttle stops near the area’s major employers, weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Ride free with a valid ID from Penn, Drexel, the Health System, the VA Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, or use a SEPTA pass.
