Penn President Amy Gutmann was a guest VIP official for the elementary school shuttle event at last month’s Penn Relays. The shuttle relays are a unique event in which each of four team members from city public schools run in the opposite direction from the preceding runner. The kids took it pretty seriously (bottom left), but we can’t speak for the mascots (bottom right).
