These two guys would only identify themselves as “Joey Fatone” (he’s the parrot) and “Sandy Cohen” (as Waldo), and wouldn’t say why they were dressed this way while hanging on the ‘Split Button’ sculpture on a recent afternoon. But at the very least, passersby enjoyed the show.
