Meet the Faculty: Michael Useem on Leading Up
Drawing on real decisions, case studies and hands-on exercises, this program provides principles and guidelines for a culture that fosters upward leadership by all. Useem is the author of several books on leadership and change, including “The Leadership Moment: Nine True Stories of Triumph and Disaster” and “Leading Up: How to Lead Your Boss So You Both Win” (a copy will be raffled).
