Ron Ozio directs local, national, and international media-relations activities in the central University Communications Office. He is also the news-media contact for matters related to the administration and admissions and is the contact for permission to film on campus.
As events continue to unfold in the Boston area, all of us at Penn extend our condolences to those in the MIT community over the death of one of their police officers. This was a tragic loss, and a reminder of the daily risks our police take in order to keep us safe.

Peter H. Ammon has been named chief investment officer for the University of Pennsylvania. Currently a director in the Yale University Investments Office, he will begin his new duties at Penn on July 1.

Even though he has never lived in Harnwell House, Tony Krumbhaar has a connection to the legendary University of Pennsylvania president that no one else on campus can claim. He is a great-grandson of Gaylord P. Harnwell, who led Penn in 1953-70.
