The Andrea Michell Center invites two leading scholars of contemporary Russia, Ilya Budraitskis and Ilya Matveev, both are visiting researcher of University of California Berkeley, to discuss the political, economic, and ideological changes in Russia over the Putin regime during the Russo-Ukrainian War.
