Penn Education Researcher Takes Home ASHE Award
PHILADELPHIA — Shaun Harper, a researcher in the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, has been awarded the 2008 Early Career Award from the Association for the Study of Higher Education. The award is given to a recipient for a significant body of scholarship or a single extraordinary research achievement by a higher education scholar and in recognition of potential for future research.

Penn Senior Abigail Seldin Wins Rhodes Scholarship
PHILADELPHIA –- Abigail Seldin, a student at the University of Pennsylvania and co-curator of an exhibition on the Lenape Nation of Pennsylvania at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, has been awarded a 2009 Rhodes Scholarship.Seldin is a senior in the Department of Anthropology of Penn’s School of Arts and Sciences.
