In addition to serving as an associate professor at SP2, Marinescu is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. She will take a one-year leave from SP2 to join the antitrust division of the Department of Justice.

World Cafe Live presents multi-day music festival Beta Hi-Fi, featuring local musicians performing for a broader audience. Each night, three hand-drawn artists will perform a 20-30 minute set to a rotating panel of judges. The winning artist from each night will return Friday to compete in the finale.
