Ilene M. Rosen of the Perelman School of Medicine offered tips for getting better sleep. “When the alarm goes off, get out of bed and start your day regardless of how much you’ve slept,” she said. “You may not feel great for a few days, but you’re reinforcing that when you’re in bed, you sleep.”
