Philadelphia residents could now win as much as $50,000 for getting the COVID-19 vaccine
Katy Milkman of the Wharton School and colleagues helped Philadelphia design a system that uses a sweepstakes to incentivize COVID-19 vaccination. Milkman said those living in ZIP codes with the lowest vaccination rates have a significantly higher chance of winning.
