Philly’s newest Rhodes Scholar is public school kid who overcame a devastating loss
Senior Anea Moore of Philadelphia was profiled for her academic accomplishments. Moore has been awarded a Rhodes Scholarship and will be studying public policy at the University of Oxford after she graduates from Penn.
