Stephanos Bibas of the Law School is featured for being confirmed by the U.S. Senate to become a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Dean Ted Ruger of the Law School says that Bibas “possesses all the skills to excel on the federal bench.”
