Liz Magill’s inauguration as the ninth president of the University of Pennsylvania will include a symposium with U.S. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kegan, a picnic featuring artists Sheryl Crow and Jeff Tweedy of Wilco, and a dog walk through campus to kick off the Penn Relays 5K.
