On Friday and Saturday, May 10 and 11, the Morris Arboretum will host its annual Plant Sale at the Horticulture Center at Bloomfield Farm, across the street from the Arboretum’s public garden. Friday is Members-Only day so now is a perfect time to become a Morris Arboretum member for first picks on great plants. Saturday is open to the public.

PHILADELPHIA -- Morris Arboretum’s mid-week afternoon series continues this fall with three talks designed to stimulate and enrich, whether you are a gardener or not. The selected speakers will take you beyond the garden, to their world in the arts, humanities, sciences, sustainability, ornithology and travel.

PHILADELPHIA -- Morris Arboretum is calling all scarecrows for its annual Scarecrow Design Contest. This year, in addition to Designer scarecrows, participants are invited to create a Storybook themed scarecrow in conjunction with the Arboretum’s Storytime reading program. 

On Thursday, August 16, 6:30-7:30pm, Morris Arboretum hosts Musical Chairs, an event for Third Thursdays, as part of the Chestnut Hill promotion for Third Thursdays in June, July, and August.
