In the spring of 2012, three renowned writers will come to campus as part of the Kelly Writers House Fellows program. Performance artist Karen Finley visits campus on Feb. 13 and 14, poet Ron Silliman visits on March 19 and 20 and novelist and short-story author John Barth comes to campus on April 23 and 24.

The Fellows hold a public reading on the Monday evening of their visit; on Tuesday, they hold a brunch and interview/conversation. Attendance to those events is by RSVP only. In addition, students study the work of all three Fellows in the Writers House Fellows Seminar, which is taught by Kelly Professor and Writers House Faculty Director Al Filreis.
