The Committee of Seventy and Penn's Office of Government and Community Affairs celebrate Constitution Day and “Slay the Gerrymander” with a discussion between Chris Satullo, program director for the Draw the Lines PA project and co-founder of the Penn Project for Civic Engagement, and Ken Stief, director of the Master of Urban Spatial Analytics at the University Pennsylvania. After the discussion, attendees are equipped with the tools to create their own Congressional map, able to be submitted for a competition with a $4,500 prize.
