The Wolf Humanities Center presents the Dr. S.T. Lee Distinguished Lecture Series, featuring Anna Tsing, a professor of anthropology from University of California, Santa Cruz. Tsing, who studies the ecologies of land-water interface, will discuss concrete as a building material and an adjective.

Penn Museum hosts a making workshop for Penn students to become more familiar with the Museum's collection. Here, students can learn about Navajo weaving with Lucy Fowler Williams, as well as get a look at Navajo textiles in the Museum collection.

The Arthur Ross Gallery presents the work of artist, scholar, and curator David Driskell and explores his relationships with other artists. Friends include: Romare Bearden, Elizabeth Catlett, Jacob Lawrence, Keith Morrison, James Porter, and Hale Woodruff.
