Energy Insecurity and COVID-19
The Kleinman Center for Energy Policy presents a lecture by Sanya Carley, a visiting scholar from Indiana University. She will discuss the COVID-19 pandemic's impacts on low-income households' inability to pay energy bills. Shelley Welton, a Presidential Distinguished Professor of Law and Energy Policy with the Kleinman Center and Penn Carey Law, joins as moderator.
