Fair and Impartial Judiciary

In a one-day conference on the importance of an independent and impartial judiciary, former Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, Penn Law Dean Theodore Ruger, and several sitting judges share their thoughts on the fundamentals of the judiciary. The conference opens with remarks from Penn President Amy Gutmann and Marjorie Rendell, and former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell.
