Explaining Your Research

To open the 2025 Institute for Infectious and Zoonotic Diseases Symposium, Peter Jay Hotez of Baylor College of Medicine will present the Robert R. Marshak Public Lecture, “Vaccines and Immunizations in a Time of Global Boiling and Anti-Science.” This event, co-hosted by the Annenberg Public Policy Center, will be moderated by Michael Mann, director of the Penn Center for Science, Sustainability, and the Media and vice provost for climate science, policy, and action.

Halloween Family Fun Day

The 54-acre rural cemetery and garden hosts a free, family-friendly afternoon of Halloween-themed events, like a hunt for spooky books hidden in the cemetery, a pop-up stand from the Mutter Museum, a bird walk, and a pet costume contest judged by students from Penn Vet.
