This screening of “The Violence of a Civilization Without Secrets” aims to dissect the link between museum collections and the histories of 19th-century colonialism, in conjunction with the ICA exhibit “Colored People Time: Quotidien Pasts.” A discussion will follow the screening, held between Curator Maori Karmael and directors Zack Khalil and Jackson Polys.
