The Fels Institute of Government features Council Member Isaiah Thomas, a third-generation Philadelphian, who has worked in the nonprofit, public and private sectors in positions that impact the important issues our city faces. He is also the founder of The Thomas & Woods Foundation, which provides free summer programs for youth age 6-16 years old.
