Claire Finkelstein’s National Security Law class features a panel discussion on the failure of the military commissions process at Guantánamo Bay (GTMO) in 2002. The event will be moderated by Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Steve Xenakis, MD, a psychiatric and medical expert in numerous cases involving detainees at GTMO. Panelists include Mark Fallon, interim executive director of the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law, as well as three former GTMO detainees: Mansoor Adayfi, Moazzam Begg, and Mohamedou Ould Slahi.
