Li Delun in Philadelphia

The University of Pennsylvania’s Kislak Center holds a symposium for a photo exhibit of Li Delun, a conductor and advocate for the arts in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), who was instrumental to the Philadelphia Orchestra as the first American orchestra to tour the PRC in 1973. Conversations to address Chinese artistic practice accompany the Philadelphia Orchestra’s performance to conclude the event.
