One Child, Many Hands: A Multidisciplinary Conference on Child Welfare is a three-day conference of keynote speakers, panels, and luncheons facilitating discussion around child welfare policy. Speakers include Rachel Berger, chief of the division of child advocacy at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh; Prudence Beidler Carr, director of the American Barr Association Center on Children and the Law; and Carol Wilson Spigner, former associate commissioner of the Children's Bureau.
