Penn President Amy Gutmann; Jonathan D. Moreno, David and Lyn Silfen University Professor and Professor of Medical Ethics & Health Policy and of History & Sociology of Science; and Andrea Mitchell, chief foreign affairs correspondent for NBC News, engage in a discussion about the ethical considerations of individuals and societies during a pandemic.
