The Wolf Humanities Center presents the Dr. S.T. Lee Distinguished Lecture Series, featuring Anna Tsing, a professor of anthropology from University of California, Santa Cruz. Tsing, who studies the ecologies of land-water interface, will discuss concrete as a building material and an adjective.

Penn Abroad hosts a fair for students to learn about global opportunities available at Penn. Penn staff, Penn Abroad Ambassadors, and exchange students will be on hand to answer questions.

Penn Student Making Workshop

Penn Museum hosts a making workshop for Penn students to become more familiar with the Museum's collection. Here, students can learn about Navajo weaving with Lucy Fowler Williams, as well as get a look at Navajo textiles in the Museum collection.

Papermaking

Common Press will demonstrate hand papermaking, pulling sheets from a vat of cotton and linen fibers. Participants can learn to make a sheet of paper. No registration is required.
