The Office of Social Equity and Community presents the Peter Sterling Lecture Series. This series will feature Peter Sterling, a professor of neuroscience, as he delves into his journey as both a neuroscientist and a political activist. Sterling will recount the pivotal moments that shaped his eventual career: leaving Cornell to join the Freedom Rides in Jackson, Miss., where he was arrested and jailed at 20 years old. Four conversations and lectures are scheduled from Feb. 20 to Feb. 22.
