The Nina Menkes-directed film “Queen of Diamonds” is re-released as a 4K restoration, following a Blackjack dealer and juxtaposes the bright lights of Las Vegas with dark deserts just outside it. The film is one of a quarter of Menkes works that she wrote, produced, and directed.
