Hosted by the Penn Program on Regulation and co-sponsored by The Regulatory Review, Rohit Chopra, the director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, delivers the 2022 Distinguished Lecture on Regulation, where he highlights the problem of corporate recidivism and discusses some of the non-monetary, structural remedies that regulatory agencies might seek in an effort to deter such behavior.
