Veteran's Day is commemorated with the 13th annual flag raising ceremony. The ceremony is sponsored by the Office of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Programs, Penn's Student Registration & Financial Services, Veterans Upward Bound, The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania, and Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps.
