AI Research Mixer 2025

Participants will experience a full day of faculty talks, poster presentations, and networking opportunities with members of ASSET, IDEAS, Warren, DDDI and Penn AI to learn about the wide range of AI research happening across the University. All Penn community members who have interest in AI are welcome. Catering will be provided, including a light reception following the final talks. Register by Sept. 1 to attend.

McHarg Center ‘Perspectives’ Launch

Presented by the McHarg Center for Urbanism and Ecology, which provides a global platform for ecological thinking and innovative landscape design, this program will celebrate the first installment of ‘Perspectives’ interviews. The session will feature presentations from Landscape Architecture & Regional Planning faculty and their McHarg Center research assistants, followed by a student-led discussion. Free and open to the public.

Penn Symphony Orchestra

Symphony orchestra mid-performance with sprawling stage behind them

Attendees will enjoy a night of music with the Penn Symphony Orchestra, including Brahms' Violin Concerto, Strauss's Don Juan, and Ravel's Boléro. The ensemble, founded in 1878 and currently led by Thomas Hong, is comprised of musicians from across the Penn community.
