PHILADELPHIA -- The University of Pennsylvania is launching a new emergency alert communication system that will enable students, faculty, and staff to quickly receive news and instructions during crisis situations.

PHILADELPHIA -- Heather Weiss Frattone has been named associate dean for career planning and placement at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.  Her appointment is effective July 9.
