Two grants, totaling nearly $2 million, have been awarded to University of Pennsylvania professors Dennis Culhane and John Fantuzzo, enabling the continued development and expanded use of Integrated Data Systems, or IDS, for evidence-based policymaking through the Actionable Intelligence for Social Policy, or AISP, initiative.

With the 2016 United States presidential election race ramping up, experts from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice, or SP2, are analyzing 10 of the nation’s key social justice and policy issues ­­in a project called SP2 Penn Top 10 Social Justice & Policy Issues for the 2016 Presidential Election.

PHILADELPHIA, PA – On Saturday, September 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice (SP2) will be hosting “Voices for Votes: Real Talk on the Key Social Justice Issues for the 2016 Presidential Election.”

The Field Center for Children’s Policy, Practice & Research at the University of Pennsylvania will host a community symposium in conjunction with One Book, One Philadelphia, Monday, Feb. 9, at 8:30 a.m.
