PHILADELPHIA -– Peter Kuriloff has been honored with the 2010 Excellence in Teaching Award in the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education.

PHILADELPHIA – Twelve University of Pennsylvania faculty members have been honored as recipients of the Christian R. and Mary F. Lindback Awards for Distinguished Teaching, Provost’s Awards for Teaching Excellence and Provost’s Awards for Distinguished Ph.D. Teaching and Mentoring.

PHILADELPHIA— Heather Rouse, a Stoneleigh Public Policy Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, has been named deputy research director at the City of Philadelphia’s new Policy and Analysis Center, designed to improve health, education and social services for city residents.

 

 

PHILADELPHIA — The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education has produced “Freedom School,” a film that will air on WHYY-TV on Feb. 17 at 8:30 p.m. This 26-minute documentary chronicles a summer reading and writing program for children at Shaw Middle School in West Philadelphia.
