Penn GSE Fellow Joins Philadelphia’s New Policy and Analysis Center

PHILADELPHIA— Heather Rouse, a Stoneleigh Public Policy Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, has been named deputy research director at the City of Philadelphia’s new Policy and Analysis Center, designed to improve health, education and social services for city residents.

Penn Graduate School of Education Makes Film Debut With Documentary on "Freedom School"

PHILADELPHIA — The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education has produced “Freedom School,” a film that will air on WHYY-TV on Feb. 17 at 8:30 p.m. This 26-minute documentary chronicles a summer reading and writing program for children at Shaw Middle School in West Philadelphia.
