WASHINGTON -- As part of the new Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies, or BRAIN Initiative, announced in April, President Barack Obama has asked the Presidential Commission

Rajeev Alur and Randall Kamien of the University of Pennsylvania have been awarded five-year, $500,000 grants from the Simons Foundation, as part of its 2013 class of Simons Investigators.

A group of students from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania is taking the concept of “study abroad” one step further.
