PHILADELPHIA— “This Is Not an Invitation to Rape Me,” which runs through March 5 at the University of Pennsylvania, is an art exhibit designed to address the idea that, when a woman is raped, she asked for it, deserved it or wanted it.

 PHILADELPHIA –- The University of Pennsylvania has expanded child-care options and inaugurated a new backup-care initiative.

 WHAT: Shadowing Day, a city-wide program for 9th-grade students in the Philadelphia School District, coordinated by the Philadelphia Youth Network. The visiting students will spend the day learning about the host workplace, the kind of jobs the employees are doing and the education and experience needed to get such jobs.
