John Kotter on Leading Change

The ability to master the complexities of an ever-changing corporate environment is central to the success of leaders and organizations. What demands will a fast-moving, more turbulent business climate place on those in positions of leadership? What skills are needed to cope with these demands?

John Kotter, professor of leadership at the Harvard Business School, answers these questions in this live satellite broadcast. Widely regarded as the world expert on topics of leadership and change, Kotter is the author of “Masushita Leadership” and “Leading Change.” His articles in the Harvard Business Review over the past 20 years have sold more reprints than any of the hundreds of distinguished authors who have written for that publication during the same time period.

You can now view the broadcast in one of two ways—at your desktop or in the Learning and Education Training Center. Take your pick.
