Five distinguished individuals will share the stage with President Amy Gutmann and Secretary-General of the United Nations Kofi Annan at this year’s Commencement ceremony. Musician and record label executive Quincy Jones, influential philosopher Saul A. Kripke, Wharton alumnus and Comcast founder Ralph J. Roberts, CNN broadcast journalist Judy Woodruff and nursing science leader Nancy Fugate Woods will all receive honorary degrees at the 249th Commencement on May 16. When it comes to getting in shape for the summer, working out is the hard part. The easy part is stocking up on shoes, shorts and tops at the Penn Relays Sidewalk Sale, to be held April 28 and 29 at Pottruck Fitness Center.
