Talk to us
The Penn Current is still looking for readers who would be interested in helping us as we look for ways to make the Current ever more useful and entertaining. We are in the process of organizing a focus group of Current readers to give us feedback on what we’re doing well, what we can do better and what we’re not doing at all. If you’d like to share your opinions with the Current staff, please contact us at 215-898-1423 or email us at current@pobox.upenn.edu.
Chain gang
A few months back, we reported that CVS Pharmacies was likely to be one of the new tenants at Moravian Cafés on Walnut Street. That still holds, and now we have word that the rest of the space that once housed such lunchtime favorites as Bitar’s is to be given over to several chain restaurants. Quiznos, Taco Bell and KFC have all written letters of intent to become tenants in the food court and are expected to sign leases soon. You’ll have to wait until September, though, to get your fill of fast food.
