Is America broken?
The 2012 David and Lyn Silfen University Forum will be held on Monday, March 19, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in Irvine Auditorium, with Penn President Amy Gutmann and a panel of distinguished political experts discussing: “Is America Broken? A Conversation on the 2012 Elections and Beyond.” The panel will consist of former Pennsylvania Governor and Penn alumnus Edward G. Rendell; Charles Blow, columnist for The New York Times; Penn Associate Professor of Political Science John Lapinski; former President Reagan speechwriter Peggy Noonan; and former U.S. Senator Alan Simpson. Admission is free, but tickets are required.
Tickets are available at the Annenberg Box Office until Friday, March 16. Any remaining tickets will be available the day of the event starting at 2 p.m. at Irvine Auditorium. A valid Penn I.D. is required to attain a ticket, limit one per I.D.
