In a greening effort focused on Penn’s sustainability goals and regional programs designed to plant new trees in Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs, Penn is partnering with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and Philadelphia Parks and Recreation to give about 400 trees to Penn employees for free in April and May. The trees will be given away on a first-come, first-served basis to interested Penn staff and faculty who pre-register at www.upenn.edu/sustainability/treegiveaway.html. The website will explain when and where employees can pick up the trees.

They talked about the movie "Shakespeare in Love," as part of a broader conversation on how Shakespeare's works are adapted.
