Music lovers now have a film festival to call their own. The ‘XPN Music Film Festival will feature more than 10 films, including rockumentaries and biopics about musicians, as well as movies defined by great soundtracks. The festival, produced by the Philadelphia Film Society, will run from Thursday, April 26, to Sunday, April 29. The festival will take place at the Annenberg Center and other theater locations throughout Philadelphia. Ticket information, and the official festival schedule, will be released in the upcoming weeks.

The initial slate of films includes “California Solo,” starring Robert Carlyle as a washed-up rocker; “Charles Bradley: Soul of America,” a documentary about the inspiring journey of a soul singer; and “No Room for Rockstars,” which is a behind-the-scenes look at the 2010 Warped Tour.
