Donald Kettl to Testify Before U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs

WHAT: U.S. Sen. Tom Carper’s subcommittee will examine how better use of performance data could eliminate wasteful government spending and improve federal agencies policy and funding decisions.

Other witnesses will include Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley and representatives from the Government Accountability Office, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the Veterans Affairs Administration.
